Universal 3-dimensional water based gel-paint to create perfectly round, non-settling pearls for any cardmaking scrapbooking, textile decoration or other projects. Use on any surfaces textile, paper, wood, plastic. Apply with applicator tip and leave to dry for 24 hours. Wash decorated fabric in 30 C temperature.
