SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping cost are calculated based on weight of your order
Orders up to 250g (eg napkins and rice papers) are shipped via Royal Mail as a large letter
(folded if it is necessary)
Orders up to 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail as a small or medium parcel.
All orders over 2kg and up to 15kg are posted via MyHermes - signed for and insured delivery.
We highly recommend recorded delivery (you can choose from 2nd or 1st class service) especially before Christmas season.
On our customers request we added STANDARD delivery service for orders up to 2 kg.
this service is cheaper, but not tracked nor signed for. If you choosing this service to save on delivery, you must be aware we don't take any responsibility for parcel loss.
We post worldwide
P&P for orders outside UK is calculated individually (after prior contact), according to the weight and value of your order, taking into account prohibited or restricted items in international trade.
How it works:
If you living outside UK please contact us before you place order wit the request to add delivery costs for your country. Once postage for your country is set, you will be able to place order via our website.
International parcels outside EU are posted via recorded delivery only.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Order Cancellation and Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund (less P&P), cost of delivery will only be refunded if the items are faulty. We will accept items not worn, used or damaged. This does not apply to pierced products or hair accessories which can not be returned for hygiene reasons, bespoke and personalised items (unless faulty).
Order cancellation must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to the address on the label. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

If your order has already dispatched, you will need to return the order to me.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with labels untouched and in the original package (e.g gift box)
The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty.
If the item you received is faulty please contact me quoting your name and address, order number, details of the product and the reason for return. You have 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to inform me about the faulty item.
Custom orders (home decors and gifts)
From the date of ordering, delivery of your bespoke item could take from 1 up to 8 weeks (depending of item ordered)
For bespoke items I require payment of a deposit of 30% of the item's value. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the contract.
Custom made and personalised items can not be returned (unless faulty).
If the item you received is faulty please contact us quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. You have 7 days of the day after you receive the goods to inform me about the faulty item.
Please note: For booking custom order during Christmas season we required full payment in advance (30% is still non-refundable in case of cancellation )
